Intended for children ages 6+
We will share what we know about our first President, General George Washington, and learn a few new fun facts.
Then we will spend some time working on how to craft an old-fashioned letter and thinking about what we want to write in our letters to George Washington.
Colonial-style paper and quill-style pens will be provided.
Letters will be collected and sent to a Historical Character George Washington, who will write personalized responses to each letter.
