Join us in celebrating the country’s 250th anniversary! Go back in time and discover Schwenksville’s role in local and national history.

Valley Forge became a National Park during the U.S. Bicentennial: July 4th, 1976. The prominent Pennypacker Family of Schwenksville played a major role in preserving Washington’s Headquarters at Valley Forge and shaping the park as we know it today. Learn about their impact in preserving American History right in your backyard.
