Intended for teens in grades 9-12 only in the Henderson Room at Upper Merion Township Library
In celebration of our nation’s birthday this year, teens will write heartfelt letters to veterans and paint flower pots to be donated ahead of Memorial Day to Heroic Gardens, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans through gardening, horticultural therapy, and community connection. This hands-on event honors a legacy of service while empowering teens to make a difference in their community. All materials will be provided, and volunteer service hours will be awarded to all attendees.

This program is being run by Anja, a junior at Upper Merion High School and a Girl Scout working toward her Gold Award. Her project is focused on improving teen programming at the Upper Merion Library!
