Montgomery County has announced a new chat-bot for questions about voting in the county. In the October 1 press release, the county announced the recently launched Mo, an AI-powered assistant that can answer election-related questions 24/7, help voters find polling locations, provide mail-in ballot information, and translate responses into more than 70 languages. The tool pulls information from verified voter services resources, giving residents a new way to quickly find election information ahead of the November 3 election.
